Answering a few questions may help you and your doctor determine if you are a potential candidate for the Oncotype DX test.
  1. Have you been diagnosed with breast cancer recently and are you making treatment decisions regarding adjuvant chemotherapy with your doctor?

  2. Have you been diagnosed with Stage I or II invasive breast cancer?

  3. Is your breast cancer estrogen receptor positive (ER+)?

  4. Do you have lymph node involvement?
